ABOUT ME

I received my 200-HR yoga certification through Breathe N Flow/Third Season Yoga in June of 2025. While I may be new(ish) to teaching, I have been a dedicated practitioner of yoga for over fifteen years. The practice has been there for me through seasons both difficult and joyful, and in many ways has revealed sides of myself that I never could have conceived of. For that, I am eternally grateful to every teacher who has guided me on this path, and for every student who has allowed me to be their guide.

There is a saying that goes, “yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” While I may call myself “teacher”, my goal is to simply be the source of support that allows students to discover their own inner knowing.

My focus is on finding freedom through movement—never perfection. I enjoy cultivating a safe space to play, explore, and simply exist. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, I hope you will find something that resonates with you through my offerings.
